    I HAVE A WEIGH BRIDGE UP TO CAPACITY OF 100 TON, SIZE (10×52)feet

    THERE IS A VARIATION OF 80-100 K.G. IN BACK TO FRONT SIDE .

    IF WE WEIGHT ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE WEIGH BRIDGE THEN IT CALCULATE RIGHT WEIGHT BUT IF WE WEIGHT ON FRONT SIDE OF THE PLATEFORM THEN IT WEIGHT LESS 80-100.

    WHAT MAY BE THE CAUSE, CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE OUT THAT PROBLEM.

      Hi ANUJ,
      I am also a weighbridge owner and have encounter the same situation several times. In this scenario i calibrate/adjust the weight through junction box. There are individual screws in the junction box. each screw correspond to a single load cell installed. If we tighten or lose the screw, the weight reading will change accordingly. You need to adjust the front and back load accordingly from the junction box. You ca email me on lokesh.jindal87@gmail,com and we can always connect to discuss each other problems

      1. Adjusting weights by potentiometer / trimport is normally not recommended without rechecking with proper test weights. Otherwise, some error in weight might occur. Also in some places, the junction box is sealed during stamping, where such adjusting is prevented. As we should not do self-treatment and consult a doctor likewise an expert should be consulted, otherwise, the system may be damaged.
