— And Dharam Begins with Listening
Possibly due to a faulty ADC circuit in the indicator, load cell cable cut, or faulty load cell. This usually happens due to moisture, lightning surge, cable cut, or electrical noise. Disconnect load cells one by one and observe display stability to pinpoint the issue.
This occurs only with digital load cells. It could be due to a load cell cable cut, defective junction card, or faulty load cell—caused by moisture, lightning surge, cable damage, or electrical noise. Disconnect load cells one by one and check display stability.
Electrical noise from nearby motors, welders, generators, or high-voltage lines can cause flickering. Common during rains or in humid environments. Disconnect load cells one by one (if analog) or isolate channels (if digital) to identify the issue.
Possible reasons: drift in load cells/electronics due to temperature or aging, vehicle not centered, uneven platform, or incorrect calibration settings. Ensure external weights are certified and traceable.
Check if the main power supply (220V–240V AC / 24V DC) is available. Look for burnt smell or melted parts, which may indicate a short. Indicators may have blown internal glass fuses. Storms or welding nearby can also damage electronics.
